2. How long does it take to get a Prestige Legacy Float? Depending on which model - please check with us for availability. Otherwise if ordering a customised float from scratch 12-14 weeks - but well worth the wait. |

3. What are the benefits of choosing a Prestige Legacy Float over other horse floats in the market? The Legacy brand has been around since 2010 and we have seen many, many float companies come and go during this time. Whilst there are cheaper floats out there don't make the mistake of purchasing a cheaper brand from one of those companies that is here today gone tomorrow. |

6. Can I have additional features or optional extras with my Horse Float? Absolutely! You can get even more Prestige with your horse float. Our standard offerings are hard to beat but you can add extras like fridge, solar panels, hot water heater, gas hobs, drawers and wardrobe, hay storage unit, cameras, awning, shower, power pack. Check with our individual models as some come standard with these great features already! |

9. Where are you based? We are based in Auckland but we can supply all over New Zealand. |

10. What do your Float Prices include? Our prices of our floats include GST and on road costs. |

11. Do you provide ongoing servicing? Yes. Our service centre has been created to provide on-going service and repairs. |

12. What Warranty do you offer? 12 month General Warranty and a 5 year Structural Warranty (covers frame and chassis only). Please note - this is a back to base warranty, so floats must be returned to our Ramarama Workshop for assessment/repairs. |
